Deleting your data

How to have us delete what we hold about you. Last updated 28 September 2026.

Ask us

Message the counter on WhatsApp at +92 335 2275553 and say you would like your data deleted. Tell us the name and phone number (or the email address you signed in with) that we know you by. We confirm on WhatsApp once it is done, within 30 days.

What we delete

Your taheri.shop account and what it holds (your profile and favourites), your contact details in our customer list, and your place on any list we have given Meta for our advertising. Records of a purchase are kept as long as our accounts must keep them, without anything beyond what the record needs.

Facebook and Instagram

Our Meta app ("Taheri POS") is used only by our own staff, for our own ad accounts, Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts; it keeps no information about other people who use Facebook or Instagram. If you have connected it to your Facebook account (only our staff would have), remove it under Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, and message us to have anything it stored deleted.

On your own device

Saved pieces, your bag and recently viewed pieces live in your browser: clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.
