How much does a piece cost?

A piece is priced from its weight at that day's gold rate, plus the making of the piece. Where a piece on the site shows a price, that is today's price. Where it doesn't, send the design on WhatsApp to +92 335 2275553 and the counter quotes today's price for it. Investment pieces are priced at weight and rate alone.

Can I order online?

Yes, where a piece shows a price and Add to bag. What payment methods does TAHERI accept?

At the counter in Karachi, cash or bank transfer. Online orders are paid by bank transfer only, the full amount in advance, once we have confirmed the order — no cash on delivery, cards or wallets. The account title always reads Taheri Collections, and we will never ask you to pay into any other account or by any other route. Bank details come only on WhatsApp, from our number +92 335 2275553. How long is the price held?

Once we confirm your order, its price is held for 24 hours for your transfer, because gold moves daily. An order not paid within the 24 hours lapses; you can place it again at that day's rate. After transferring, upload the slip on your order page or send it on WhatsApp with your order number.

How long does a piece take to make?

Pieces are made at our own bench, and work begins when your transfer clears. Most take two to four weeks; we give you the date when we confirm your order. Handmade pieces vary a little in weight: if the finished piece weighs differently from the weight shown, the difference is settled at the rate on your order, either way, before it is sent, and we tell you first.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

We deliver across Pakistan by Leopards courier, tracked. Delivery is Rs 500, and free on orders over Rs 300,000. It usually takes two to five working days after dispatch; we send the tracking number on WhatsApp when your piece leaves the shop. You can also collect from the counter in Karachi. How do I find my ring or bangle size?

The size guide has Pakistani ring sizes 1 to 30 and bangle sizes in inches, with how to measure at home. Choose the size on the piece's page when you order a ring, bangle or kara; between sizes, go up. We can also check your size at the counter.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

Before you pay, you can cancel any time. Each piece is made for your order, so once work has begun it cannot be cancelled for a refund. If a piece arrives damaged or not as ordered, tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, and we repair it, remake it or refund you, depending on the fault. Our gold can be exchanged or sold back at the counter by weight at that day's rate, against its invoice; making, wastage and stones are not returned. The details are on Returns, exchange & buy-back.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Signing in with Google is optional: it keeps your favourites across devices and lists your orders. You never need it to browse, ask or order.

How do I enquire about a design I found on the site?

Open the piece in any gallery and use the WhatsApp button. The message is prepared with a direct link to that exact design, so there is no ambiguity about which piece is being discussed. You can also message +92 335 2275553 or +92 326 2275554 directly.

What kinds of jewellery does TAHERI sell?

TAHERI's catalogue covers rings and bands, including diamond rings and palladium bands for men; wristwear such as bangles and karas, bracelets and string bracelets; chains, lockets, taweez and takhti; earrings including tops, jhumki and baali; and coordinated gold, diamond and stone jewellery sets. Precious and semi-precious gemstones are also available for commissions.

Does TAHERI make bespoke or custom jewellery?

What is investment gold with no making and no wastage charges?

The investment collection is wearable 22k gold offered without making charges and without wastage charges, so what you pay tracks the gold itself rather than the labour of the piece. Availability is limited to the pieces currently listed on the investments page.

Can I see a piece in person before buying?

Yes. Come to the counter in Karachi. Message ahead on WhatsApp with the design you want to see so it can be ready when you arrive.
