Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan by Leopards courier, tracked. Or collect your piece from the counter in Karachi.

What it costs

Delivery is Rs 500. It is free on orders over Rs 300,000. The charge is shown in your bag and at checkout, before you place the order.

When it leaves the shop

Pieces are made at our own bench, and work begins when your transfer clears. Most pieces take two to four weeks; we give you the date when we confirm your order on WhatsApp.

When your piece leaves the shop, we send you the Leopards tracking number on WhatsApp.

How long it takes

Usually two to five working days after dispatch. Follow it with the tracking number on Leopards' own site.

Receiving your parcel

• Someone must be there to receive the parcel and sign for it.
• Before signing, check the parcel's seal. If it is broken, or the parcel looks opened, message us on WhatsApp before you sign.
• A video of the parcel being opened helps if anything turns out to be wrong.
• Leopards uses the name, phone number and address on your order, so check them at checkout. If anything changes, tell us on WhatsApp before your piece is sent.

Until it is delivered, the parcel is our responsibility. If something is wrong when it arrives, tell us within 48 hours of delivery — see Returns, exchange & buy-back.

Collect from the counter

Rather collect it yourself? Tell us on WhatsApp, and we will arrange it when we confirm your order. The counter is in Karachi, open Saturday to Thursday 11:00 – 21:00 · Friday 15:30 – 20:00. Bring your order number. Open in Google Maps.

Outside Pakistan

Online orders are delivered within Pakistan for now. For anywhere else, ask us on WhatsApp at +92 335 2275553.
