How to pay
We confirm every online order on WhatsApp first. Then you pay the full amount by bank transfer. Nothing is paid before we confirm.
The price you see
A piece's price is worked out from its weight at that day's gold rate, plus its making. The price on the site is today's. Investment pieces are priced at weight and rate alone, with no making and no wastage. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees.
Where a piece shows a price and Add to bag, you can order it on the site. Anything else — a diamond enquiry, The Maisons, a piece without a weight on its page — ask us on WhatsApp at +92 335 2275553.
Step by step
- Place your order. Add the piece to your bag and give your name, WhatsApp number and delivery address at checkout. For a ring, bangle or kara, choose the size on the piece's page (the size guide helps). You don't need an account.
- We confirm it on WhatsApp. Placing an order is a request. During shop hours we message you to check the design, the size and the date it can be ready. Nothing is paid before we confirm.
- You get our bank details. Once we confirm, we send you the bank details and the amount on WhatsApp, from +92 335 2275553. The account title always reads Taheri Collections.
- Transfer the full amount within 24 hours. Gold moves every day, so the confirmed price is held for 24 hours for your transfer.
- Send us the slip. Upload the transfer slip on your order page, or send it on WhatsApp quoting your order number.
- We begin when the transfer clears. Your piece is made at our own bench; we gave you the date when we confirmed. When it leaves the shop, we send you the Leopards tracking number on WhatsApp.
Bank transfer only
Online orders are paid by bank transfer only, the full amount in advance. There is no cash on delivery, and we don't take cards or mobile wallets online. At the counter in Karachi you can pay in cash or by bank transfer.
Pay only into Taheri Collections
Our bank details reach you one way only: on WhatsApp, from +92 335 2275553. They are never on the website or sent from any other number. The account title will always read Taheri Collections.
We will never ask you to pay into any other account, or by any other route — not a wallet, not a card link, not someone's personal account. If anyone does, from any number or any profile, it is not us. Don't pay; message us on +92 335 2275553 and tell us.
Save our number and check it before you send money.
The 24-hour hold
The price we confirm is held for 24 hours, because gold moves daily. An order that isn't paid within the 24 hours lapses, and nothing is owed. You can place it again at that day's rate.
After you pay
Work begins when your transfer clears. Most pieces take two to four weeks; we give you the date when we confirm your order.
Handmade pieces vary a little in weight. Your order is for the weight shown. If the finished piece weighs differently, the difference is settled at the rate on your order, either way, before it is sent — and we tell you first.
